How do I create an account?

Any AmeriGas employee can create an account on this store. Only authorized buyers with a promo cost center can place orders. To create an account, contact procurement at procurement@amerigas.com.


Can I order products that are not on the store?

Yes. Here is a link that will take you to an ideas site, which has over 100,000 items to choose from. This will be a special order purchase, so find the items you are interested in, put them in your cart and submit your information. A special order representative will contact you with additional information. There are minimum order requirements.


The checkout process requires a cost center. How do I find out what is my cost center?

You should know your cost center based on your location. It is the 4-digit number. If you don’t know your cost center, please ask your manager. If you still cannot get an answer, please contact Justin Pierre at justin.pierre@amerigas.com.


I want the AmeriGas logo in full color on items where it is not offered today?

The full color logos are only available on Black, White and Gray items. All other items must use the one color logo.


How can I buy items for myself?

At this time, all orders must be purchased on a cost center.


Why do items take 8-10 days for production?

The majority of items on the store are produced when ordered. This allows a better selection of items, colors, more logo options, your choice of logo locations and even personalization.


What if I need my products faster than standard production?

Rush service is available on most items. On the order review page, during checkout, there is a special instructions section. Please note your event date and customer service will contact you. It is very possible that you will need to ship the order faster than ground. We will contact you to confirm that we can process the order in time for your event. Also, there is a section of “Immediate Ship” items, which are in stock and can ship within 1 business day.


Why are some items not shipped together?

Many of the items are produced when ordered and some ship directly from the manufacturer, so it is possible that you will have multiple shipments within your one order.
